Trade terms, in plain words
Supply is for businesses that resell clothing. There are no accounts to create and no online checkout: every order is agreed by email, against a written quote.
Order steps
- 01
Send a request
Your business name and ABN, what you sell, where you are, and the categories and rough quantities you need. The request sheet builds this email for you.
- 02
Receive a written quote
The quote lists each line with its unit price, minimum quantity, size and colour breakdown, packing, freight and payment terms.
- 03
Confirm in writing
Reply to confirm, or ask for changes. Nothing is packed, reserved or charged before you confirm.
- 04
Packed and dispatched
The order is packed in cartons or bales and handed to the carrier on the quote. Tracking or consignment details are sent by email where the carrier provides them.
